Delivered technical requirements, contract negotiation, construction management, and constructability reviews embedded within the client team. Led Operational Readiness, Assurance, and Possession Management for the Operator.

Technical requirements development and construction staging advisory for the metro extension connecting the CBD to Parramatta. Supported early-phase planning through to procurement, helping shape the delivery strategy for this transformative project.

DigiCo SYD1 Data Centre Expansion

Construction Management for the State Significant Development expansion of DigiCo's SYD1 facility in Sydney, increasing IT load to 88 MW. Scope included high-voltage network upgrades required to meet the facility's increased electrical demand, including three new 33kV feeder installations coordinated with Ausgrid.

TfNSW Power Supply Upgrade

End-to-end advisory for a major high voltage power supply upgrade program across the TfNSW network. Scope included technical requirement writing, commissioning strategy, and operational handover planning to ensure network continuity throughout delivery.
